EFFECTIVE: JULY 2026

1. The service

The AI Recruit provides an AI-powered recruitment platform: bulk CV parsing and scoring, AI-conducted interviews with proctoring, and candidate ranking tools. The service is currently offered as an early-access program.

2. Early access

Early-access seats are granted at our discretion and may include features that are experimental or subject to change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during the early-access period.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in compliance with applicable employment and data-protection laws.
Do not upload content you lack the right to share, and do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
Customers are responsible for informing candidates about the use of AI-assisted assessment where required by law.

4. AI-generated assessments

Scores, rankings, and summaries are decision-support tools generated by large language models. They include written justifications and are designed for human review — final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its models, and its branding remain our property. Content you upload (job descriptions, CVs, recordings) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
