1. Who we are

The AI Recruit ("we", "us") is an AI-powered recruitment platform operated from 604, Building 6WA, Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@airecruit.tech.

2. Information we collect

Early-access requests: when you join our waitlist we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, and basic browser information.
Platform data (for customers): job descriptions, candidate CVs, interview responses, and recordings that recruiters and candidates submit through the product.
Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, device and browser type) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use it

To operate the platform: parsing, scoring, and ranking candidates against job criteria, and conducting AI interviews with proctoring.
To contact you about early access, product updates, and support.
To improve model quality and platform reliability. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI processing

Candidate materials are evaluated by large language models. Scores are generated with written justifications so decisions can be reviewed by humans. Hiring decisions are always made by the employer, not by the system.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Candidates and customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by emailing contact@airecruit.tech.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and interview recordings are stored with timestamped audit trails.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the effective date above always reflects the latest version.
